My Dream Wedding

I have been in the wedding idea mood lately because my brother and my husbands cousin are getting married at my house. We have been throwing around all kinds of ideas and I came back to my wedding which was my dream wedding. I waited 7 years for it, but it was such a perfect day. I would love to share these with you. The photography is by Pearson Wedding Photography out of San Ramon California.

This is my husbands '59 Chevy. It was his girlfriend before me so I decided she needed to be part of the wedding.

Instead of a traditional guest book we had a window with our picture on it and had everyone sign white a white pen made for glass.

If you haven't guessed already my theme was windows. I found these old windows and added vinyl lettering and leaves. The leaves are from Uppercase Living and the "H" is from VinylLettering on Etsy.

I thought that this is a great spin on the ringbearer "pillow". It is a bible with fabric on it. The fabric leaves are cutom made by Jane Joss on Etsy.

Jane Joss on Etsy also made the leaves for our boutonnieres.

Jane Joss also made my bridesmaids bouquets. The bridesmaid dresses were from Anthropology and we got them on sale for $50.

One of my favorite pictures with my nieces. So cute!

Our wedding cake was in our gazebo. We added a simple chandelier and a window with a verse in vinyl lettering and fabric behind it. Our cake was designed by Christine Alves (www.cakechristine.com).

For our thank you cards we took pictures with this window. It is vinyl lettering from VinylLettering on Etsy.com.

Winter Decorating

Well I thought that I would spread the new year joy and show you a couple of my winter decorating ideas! I always like to keep my home looking wintry until February. So here are some of the latest decorations I put up for winter.

These are some vintage windows that I used for my wedding. I added vinyl leaves from Uppercase Living and winter accents from Hobby Lobby.
I wanted to mix up some of my frames so I thought that this would be an interesting mix up. The vinyl lettering is from Uppercase Living.
I love my windows! This one I took pictures of things in my house, and printed them in black and white. I just attached the pictures in the middle of the panes.
